The PASCAL Synthesis laser systems offer a multifunctional solution. Physicians can now use their PASCAL Synthesis laser for glaucoma management along with other conventional procedures.
The scanning technology and precision of PASCAL systems uses a tissue sparing laser delivery modality for laser trabeculoplasty. Pattern Scanning Laser Trabeculoplasty (PSLT)* provides rapid, precise, and minimally traumatic (sub-visible) computer-guided treatment with exact abutment of the patterns. The patterns readily align to the trabecular meshwork, allowing faster and easier applications compared to other laser modalities.

The PASCAL laser, previously known only for retina use, now opens up more options for physician use with pattern-specific glaucoma modules.
More precise alignment for glaucoma
New patterns have been developed specifically for glaucoma results, in precise alignment to the trabecular meshwork. Spacing and spot placement is precise and consistent.
